More houses sit empty
Suffering
Embarking on new efforts and hopes
Stuck between two worlds

But a Tuesday
The end of an extraordinary
Could have started untangling
Among the tough tests awaiting

An insurmountable expense
Went nowhere
That dire picture is painted
Just for drinking

She's ready to die for her faith
